I have a weird problem with a lc710 fax, If you receive a fax or make a copy of letter and legal the fax will only print on letter, if you change both trays to legal it will only print whatever to legal and vice versa on letter. I have done a factory reset, it recognizes both trays because if I dont choose legal in settings i will get an error message. any clues???
2nd problem is with a lc9000... when you send a fax it will start to pull paper in adf and then push the paper out the adf and jam... i replaced all of the adf rollers and still have this problem.
