[Electrical] CCD issue

hi what the solution for the copies problem the left side A3 paper size of direction copy was solid black about 10 cm.
i had clean the mirror, primary charge, transfer,laser unit and at last i swap the CCD unit
the machine IR 6020 copieng normally. this problem occurs for LGL and A3 paper zise.
my question, is there a trick to repair or setting The CCD to solved this issue?

saya pernah mencoba memperbaiki CCD tapi CCD yg keluar kode 00225
saya coba mengganti elco sementara ada yg berhasil,,
yg belum berhasil saya coba lagi mengganti IC 12TZ51 kanibal dan hasilnya lumayan
(tapi saya tidak memiliki ilmu dasar elektro,, semua itu cuma saran dari beberapa rekan saya)

no sir, if use The ADF copies are good, i had adjustment The CCD in service mode but nothing change. please help me.
