    Failure in Printer Behavior Because of Abnormal Temperature Rise in Print head
    1. Contents
    For the iPF6300/6350/8300/8310, it has been found that an error message is not displayed on the Operation Panel when there is an abnormal temperature rise in the printhead.
    When this failure occurs, although the Operation Panel seems normal, an internal error may be occurring causing the printer to appear in a locked-up state.
    2. Measure
    This issue has been fixed in the following Firmware versions or later:
    iPF6300/6350 = Ver.1.21
    iPF8300 = Ver.1.22
    After upgrading the Firmware version, if printer displays an error message indicating an abnormal print head
    temperature increase, replace the print head.
    3. Serial number of affected machines
    **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
