IRC 3580i not detecting paper size from the glass

Hi all

This machine correctly identifies A4 and A3 through the feeder, But the auto paper size detection doesnt work when an original is placed on the glass,. it asks what paper I want to use.

MODEL-SZ and SENS-CNF is set correctly

I have initialized common and copy settings asnd cleared the MMI any ideas?

FC5-1446-000 was slightly bent interfering with he sensor flag.
