    [Error Code] IR 330 E 004

Canon IR 330 high milage and has been on the same outlet for years.
Show up reset code. Machine running.
Next day E 004 Show up, remove fuser, cleaned sensors. Reset machine copier running.

two Days latter. Same code, switched out entire fuser with known running copier. Machine running.

Next day- sames code. Came prepared with a matched (1)SSR and (1)relay. Switched out components. Machine running just fine.

Next day E-004, same code. Switched out DC controller (sub DC controller on back of copier). Reset code, machine running on Friday.

That brings us up to today! Same code E 004. Reset code, machine running! What the heck next???

I do not think the outlet is bad. I did unplug it from a eyecon surge suppressor three calls ago.

    TIA

any construction going on in the area where this machine is at? Noise on the AC line can cause and E004 code.

I agree with Charm. However if that all checks out then the last thing on the list in chapter four is the Image processor! seen one do a c-kill . That was funny.
