    contact info please

I am placing a general appeal - I have a Canon C1+ - 2 years old - love it when its working well - the last year it has been "serviced" by a small Canon dealer who generally deals in faxes/printers/and small copy products(I find out now) - he has been promising "bear with me as we are on the schedule to be trained on your machine" 3 months after my contract has expired, problems exist from back in November, and I recieved notice yesterday that over $900 in parts are needed to continue working on my "issues" - Currently running without the hold down screw in the fuser unit to prevent 197 error code after 10 copies - That took a week - 2 wiring harnesses and a board to "fix". Is there a Corporate Canon Number I can call to fly someone in with knowledge to get me back to square 1 - I know I will have to pay in advance for this service - there simply isn't anyone that is trained here. Meanwhile I have a sort of working machine - sometimes -

    thanks in advance

Canon has a slew of reputable dealerships all across the globe, but we need to know where you are located to help you out. Sorry for your bad experience. I would get a lawyer and contact the BBB if you are in the U.S.

You can look up Canon Business Solutions...they will be expensive. If you give us a city we can give you the names of some independent dealerships as well.
