Canon IRC 3200 black color problems.

Hello

Yesterday i had to turn off the copier for one day because of a fuser thermistor and after i turned it on,it has black color density problems.
I took a used black drum from a working copier and still the same.New black toner installed.
Here it is a scanned PG10 :

Whad do you think causes this?

if you are having similar issues with both drums then I would look at the paper (make sure it is fresh) and the primary transfer roller inside the ITB.

Did you try the drum from the this machine in the other working unit by chance?
What are the counts on these drums?

I found the problem.
Bad drum unit.

its usually best to install a new one other than a used one. glad you got it fixed
