you need the iR3200 Firmware/ + the Canon Service Support Tool + a new Hard Drive
your best bet is to contact a Canon Authorized Dealer for a Canon trained tech.

E602-0003 - The data address registered on the HD is not consistent with the data.
Possible Cause: Write-abort error on HD sector-

Power off printer, then follow below

Hold down # 1&9 key and power ON the machine.
Keep holding down 1&9 until a white “flashing box” appears on the LCD display.
A function similar to Scan disk will be performed, which will take up to 20 minutes.

    ***************

if this fails u need to replace the HDD/ and reload 3200 Printer firmware with the Canon SST best bet would be to call for a Canon Trained tech-

    Product : imageRUNNER C3200 Title : E020 Error Code Problem :
    E020 with sub code of 01B0, 02B0, 03B0, 04B0.

    Solution :
If the drum units have been removed repeatedly without the drum guide service tool it's possible to break one or both tabs (see picture below). These tabs open the toner hopper when the drum unit is slid in, and if they are broken, toner will not be fed into the drum unit.
NOTE: The unit may work for a while until the developer to toner ratio drops enough to cause an error.

I have seen this broken tab
issue many times / mostly caused by customers/ and the error was xxBO
An old Drum will pop xxB0 also>

started a topic [Error Code] CLC 3200 error codes

    CLC 3200 error codes

Hi I would like to know what these error codes mean? The machine is CLC3200.

    E000732-0001

    E000020-04b0

This codes sometimes appear on the machine. What I usually do is just turn the machine off then on it again. But I don't want to do that anymore for the rest of my life ...
I want to know what causes this problem so that I can give solutions to this and won't appear on the machine anymore. Thank you very much.
Working...
