I read the link for ir 2200, and i think the software is Microsoft Office Document Imaging.

My ScanGear is not working properly. I can't see my machine in the scanner select list.

1. Check if the scanner is correctly selected in the application.
2. If the scanner is not listed in the application, the driver is not installed properly. Uninstall and reinstall the driver and then reconnect .

How did you resolve printing issue.?I have a canon ipc1 and q1 server.. i set ip adress and i can ping the machine from computer.. but printing just wont work, i had driver for q1 and it didn't even see the machine.Send function has worked once and then it stopped..

If anybody could help with advice I would be very grateful..

I founded out that the problem is probably , that I'm using win 7 and i need to use drivers for win Vista, or upgrade server software to Q2 (which will result in better copies quality ).. Still I don't know how this affects Send function?

As a newbie to this forum, I hope that this is the right place to make this request.

Operating a imagepress C1 with an EFI Fiery Q1 in a Graphic Design studio (machine out of contract, service is at best 5-7 days away due to locality). Found this forum to chase down some solutions to minor issues (jams, colour consistency over long runs etc.) and have found it extremely helpful.

I hope this is the right place to ask. Have Q1 bought from a bankruptcy an imagePRESS C1 with an EFI Fiery.
Now I am looking desperately network settings in imagpress to the printer on the network to include, see figure 1.
For me it looks different and I can adjust anything? Why is that?
