[Error Code] E021-0320 iR Advance C2030H

Hi everyone.

I had a problem with ir Advance C2030H.

Firstly, the machine had jam and show a jam code 0cf1, after i remove paper jam and close right door, the machine had continue jam with the same jam code 0cf1.

Then I turn off the machine and turn it on, the machine had error with error code "E021-0320".

I already tried many times as in service manual guide, but i don't get result.

Anyone has the same problem ?..We can discuss together..

Check if you have preasure lever of the BK drum pushed all the way in.Replace the BK drum.

I already removed Bk drum and installed in many times, i also removed Black Hopper then installed again, but the error is the same, maybe I had to replace new Bk drum.

Try COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL> Stir4 . This will stir the developers as if the machine is new. might be worth a try.
