Introducing v93.01.02 V3 for the Color imageRUNNER C4080/ C4580/ C5180/ C5185 Copiers
An addition has been made to update the DCON for the Color imageRUNNER C4080/C4580 copiers only to v67.01 to fix field claims.
see PDF>>>>TP11-2.pdf
The following changes occur when upgrading the DCON of the Color imageRUNNER C4080/ C4580 copiers [ONLY] from v66.01 to v67.01:
Description
1
[Modification of a field claim]
If the control timer does not stop after a finisher jam "1104", the device fails to stop,
restarting the sequence. To correct this, a modification has been made so that the
device will not restart the sequence when the control timer times out after a jam.
2
[Modification of a field claim]
Measure to prevent an error where the device keeps displaying a message "Printer is
warming up..." When the device urgently stops the initial rotation auto adjustment
along the way and resumes it, the Dhalf request is included in the resumed adjustment.
To prevent this, modifications have been made.
3
[Modification of an error]
In order to facilitate the acquisition of DCONLOG, the controller-based DCONLOG
acquisition function is supported.
* To use this function, the combination with System v93.01 is required.
4
[Modification of an error]
Measure to prevent an error where the device keeps displaying "Waiting to print..."
Modifications are made so that the communication buffer raw value of the IPC, which
is the method of communication with the finisher, is left in sequence information of
the DCONLOG.
5
[Modification of a field claim]
Jam is occurring at a duplex job because the main motor keeps rotating.
Measure:
Modifications have been made so that the information showing the feasibility of paper
pickup in the duplex pickup area will be initialized each time the duplex pickup is
performed.
6
[Modification of a field claim]
Measure to prevent a "1200" jam: In order to absorb a delay of paper passing
command, modifications have been made so that the command is generated ahead of
schedule.
7
[Modification of a field claim]
Measure to prevent a "0207" jam: The current value of the delivery vertical path motor
has been increased.
An addition has been made to update the DCON for the Color imageRUNNER C4080/C4580 copiers only to v67.01 to fix field claims.
