It was only jamming with the feeder and forgot about the inverter face down at least the machine is functioning until I get back with parts. I will replace the FB6-5892-000 Roller and the FB6-5895-000 roller and let you know

fb5-3394 cost maybe 2 bucks,. i bet it is worn out or cracked too

guess what i worked on today.
Of course 020f jam, only when doing face down, on a 7055.
too bad it has no reverse rollers.

oh no!Hope you resolve it quick!I can breath for a few days as I turned all options to print face up on there machine, only issues is collating, instead of 123 it will be 321 but that is better than jamming.

Just to update here,I went back today with a delivery roller and updated flapper and machines is working and tested fine. I believe this is resolved and appreciate the help.

Two months later this little shit is back

I went back to take a look at the jams codes

All the jams are 020F Jam type STNRY SEN# PS4

Only jams on legal face down

is this not insane?

Just to update here,I went back today with a delivery roller and updated flapper and machines is working and tested fine. I believe this is resolved and appreciate the help.

you mentioned delivery roller
did you do inverter roller too?
that is the most important part

try replacing the 15 t one way FS7-0660-020 as well as the 27t gear Fs7-0664-020 also try cleaning the shaft with scotch brite if it looks glazed. you sound as though a slight slip in transporting the paper is causing your jams. I know this also may be a stretch, but check your lower fuser roller and make sure the bearings are not seized, if the roller would be dragging the paper is slowed going into the inverter and timing jam. May not show on letter as it is out of the fuser quicker.

follow up here

I replaced all these parts in this machine and the problem still existed,but not only on just legal but on ALL face down!!

After more time I shined my maglite down beyond the delivery roller and noticed that the silver metal paper guides had a slight bow,nothing ridiculous but a slight bow. At his point I was ready to just swap out the turnaround section with a known good one so I took my flat blade screwdriver out and made the gap in between those two silver metal guides an equal 3/8 wide from front to rear.

Wouldn't you know it started working again on letter face down!! So now would be the big test,doing legal face down (the original problem) . Bingo!!!

I ran 500 sheets legal face down with no issues!! This machines has been out a week and a half now. I am fairly confident this was the issue here on this machine.

I will repost if any changes and thanks for all that helped
