    CANON IMAGEPRESS C1

Hi wonder if anyone can help

got an imagepress c1 that keeps just switching off and rebooting of its own accord.

The green power led stays lit on the controll panel and the main power switch is still on.

    No error codes.

Replace ac and dc p.s.u the pkit and d kit also itb assy .

Nothing on canon dealernet or simm portal.

    Thanks

    Hi worthy

Check cable hard disc power supply

If it ain't broke, don't fix it

        to add a point>'
Check your power outlets/ had a few customers with power drops over 10/15% while printing
        had same symptoms you describe
        imagePRESS C1
Main unit has 2 different plugs
        1) 20A, For Main unit.
        2) 15A, For Buffer Pass which is included in a main unit and attached ACC’s (*w/o imagePRESS Server-Q1/T1, Paper Deck AA1)

-iPR Server Q1/T1 and Paper Deck AA1 each have their own plugs.
