Good day everyone We have a client with a Canon IC MF6530 that is display on the LCD screen that the Platen Glass is dirty. We have cleaned both Platen glasses and the scanner but the message still keep coming up on the Display. We would be grateful for any input on this problem. Thanks in advance.

Turn the setting off in user tools.Why do they call it common sense?
