Cannon IRC 3200 copying with yellow mask

    Hi All,
I have a Canon IRC 3200 that prints a yellow mask when I print in color. I placed a balnk paper to see what would happen in colour mode but all i get is a yellow color printed out. If I print in balck and white the paper comes out fine. I tried swapping out the toner and drum unit for the yellow section but i still have the same results. Pleas e let me know what else i can try.

Are you using geniune manufactured consumables? cos if not it might contribute to the problem.

Turn off PASCAL in service mode. Run CCD AUTO ADJ. Turn PASCAL back on. Exit service mode and complete a FULL Autogradation.

u copy off the glass with a blank sheet> hit the print key and background is covered in yellow ?

what happens of full color network prints ????
post a copy of your issue/

Check to see if the Thrust Pin (FF6-2099-000 # 31) and Compression Spring (FS7-2826-000 #35) are making good contact with the Drum Grounding Plate. The spring can shift causing poor contact between the Drum Unit and Drum Unit Cover assembly.
This can happen with any color

All of the consumables are geniune manufactured. I would check the drum section and let you know my findings.

I managed to get hold of a test sheet and this is the end result when i tried to make a copy from the scanner.

Your DDI-S PCB or cable could be the problem.
that is the top board /where the interface cable goes into
          check cable EXTERIOR connection position

The part number for the DDI-S PCB is FG3-3136-000.

is this from one one tray location ?? what is jam code ??
              remove cassette tray/ take out paper/ shake/
turn cassette upside down-look to see if white gear falls out/
if so your paper width will not be recognized by sensor-

make sure your 11x17 cassette is reading for that size on display panel

good, don't forget to look at the underside of the cassette where that post is located, inspect for crack, if u see one, the post will eventually break off, Canon has updated material,so they say- there is a fix with a metal stud, but who has time to follow Canon's useless instructions-
they break from customer changing paper size with full load of paper dropped in/ instead of adjusting slide > before paper is dropped in-
