Everytime I turn my Canon iR2016 on , it does nothing than showing DONWLOAD STANBY message, I cannot do anything with the printer.

Copier Tech has been doing a BANG UP Job helping folks with firmware ETC...

here in the USA I don't think there is a "store" when you can find that.
