Copier Tech has been doing a BANG UP Job helping folks with firmware ETC...

here in the USA I don't think there is a "store" when you can find that.

But if you refer to Copier Tech site (www.copierfirmware.co.uk)

you will see that they selling firmware ,it is in uk not usa

and usa is one of world countries not all of them

Regarding firmware the country is irrelevant. USA for example the language is English should you need to change it this can been done in the user settings.

Please send me service update tool for canon ir 2016. First the machine's panel display going off soon after machine get warmed up, that time i replace the IP board but then error start coming e246 and after that i replaced both serial and counter board but the same error is coming and on previous IP board the machine panel board is not working and it's display is also not coming. So help me by sending firmware. Thank You

Where did u get these PCB's from ??
Note: You can not mix n' match Counter n' Serial pcb's.

Serial Number pcb. must be purchased from CANON directly.

they are not mismatched sir,i have purchased them from a RC machine dealer and he had send serial and counter board of the same machine. And I have replace both together.

Serial Number pcb. must be purchased from CANON directly. & not from a Dealer !!!!!
Serial Number PCB is a (Controlled Part from CANON)

NOTE:
COUNTER MEMORY PCB, SERIAL PCB, and (SATA-Flash PCB --on Advanced Models)MUST ALWAYS REMAIN WITH THE NATIVE MACHINE AT ALL
TIMES AND NOT CHANGED WITH NEW PCBs AT THE SAME TIME!


Previously, Canon U.S.A., Inc. regarded the Counter Memory PCB as a restricted part.
As such, the Counter Memory PCB was only available by contacting the Canon Technical Support Hotline. This publication is to
announce that this component will no longer be restricted and will be open for purchase from Canon U.S.A., Inc.

The imageRUNNER 1023/1023N/1023iF/2016/2020/2016i/2020i model does not have a Main Controller
PCB. The Counter Memory PCB is instead mounted to the Image Processor PCB



The Serial Number PCB's will continue to be restricted. The Serial Number PCB can only be obtained by
contacting the Canon Technical Support Hotline.

Counter Memory PCB is a matched board with
the Serial Number PCB and cannot be swapped with one from any other equipment.


Never replace two boards in the Soft Counter circuit at the same time!
This would include any two of either the Counter Memory PCB, Main Controller PCB (or Image Processor depending on
model) and Serial Number PCB
