Hi, I have problem with IR6570 which is toner drops on the charging wire and resulting as attached. Anyone please help me. thank you.IR6570.JPG

which wire is the toner on.
did you clean out the stray toner in the electrode roller unit attached to the pre transfer corona.

looks like drum cleaning blade problems to me.
if there is crud on the drum, it splatters toner up on the primary grid

take the dev out.
look at the drum with a flashlight for similar lines/marks on drum.

you can take pretransfer and run a few copies to test

are you chek the cleaning blade???
chek the waste toner drum unit any gear faulty

5570 / 6570 are known for having a spilling / leaking toner problem (Hopper Assembly).
There is a service bulletin for this. I don't know if this is your case.
This is new part nr. FL2-0597-010. Of course that would be European Part Nr.
