    IRC3220 jam code 0Axx

    I have a C3220 that keeps jamming when using the feeder, actually while the feeder is running the copier shuts off, then when you turn it back on the copier indicates where the jams are. It runs fine on the glass and when printing from their computers, only happens when using the doc feeder. The jam codes all start with 0Axx (01,05,06 etc). We've replaced sep pad, feed roller....our next step is to swap out feeders but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this and whats the cause?

    Actually, I'm seeing other issues where screen blanks out, in talking with the tech, that is what is happening here as well, green light stays on but screen goes out and they have to turn off and back on. I'm guessing we will start with reseating boards and go from there.

      i would start by reseating everything in your main controller cage. If problems still persist but only when using the DADF I take a look at the RCON and possibly the DADF controller. Reboots are usually an issue with the RAM, HDD when it gets a bad sector or the controllers being corrupt
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
