do a tray width adjustment

1-Enter Service Mode >
2-FEEDER > FUNCTION > TRY-LTR,
3-Move tray side guides to the LTR / 11x17 position and press [OK].
4-Press TRY-LTRR, move tray side guides to the STMT/LTRR/LGL position and press [OK].
5-Press Reset key twice to end Service Mode.
6-Hold the power switch on the control panel until the shutdown screen displays and then press [start].
7-Wait for the message that indicates the main power switch can be shut off and then shut the main power switch off.
8-Turn the main power switch on.
Note: The result of the Tray Width adjustment is stored on the reader controller pcb. As such, unlike previous ADF's, you will need to make this adjustment at the time of installation or after RCON CLEAR, so that the result is stored in the reader controller pcb.

If your cassette reads the U2 Paper Size OK !!
