[Error Code] error wont go!!!

i have canon ir 3100cn with errorcode e000012-001 i tried servicing the drum motor but its not going. is there something i am not doing?

i meant servicing the drum unit i thought there was a clog or something. now is there a way i can get the said motor? we dont have them here locally in Kenya.

canon Tech is right just replace the Drum Motor .

I have tried with another drum unit with no success. When i interchanged the motors with the one adjuscent to it (fixing motor) it gave me e000014-001 so i think i will just have to import the motor. Anyway thank you so much friends you are the best.
