[Jamming] frequent paper jams

I am having a canon ir 400. whilst two sided printing most of the times the paper gets jammed just before the fuser. this results in tremendous inconvenience as all other papers in the process needs to be removed.
can u pls help me??

have u clean duplex sensors and feed,separation roller.
