Having problem with 3 and 4 feed units. All new tires in both and it will feed 1 sheet but that's it. Checked the pf connectors for bent pins ok drive pack at the rear. Swapped trays same deal. Can't get either to multifeed only one sheet then jams. Feed systems are trying to feed the next sheet but doesn't come out of the tray. Help appreciated. Thanks t

whether the separation roll has been replaced?
if it has been replaced and then set the position of firmness to the rubber puller,,
also check the possibility of any paper that has not been taken during the previous hookon the back of the paper which could interfere with rotation gear
