I need to reset my administrator password the C1 because i can not remember the password. The only thing I've found that will work is to wipe the HDD and put the software back on there, but I do not have the disk. I can still log on as operator with the default password but not the admin. Does anyone know where I can find the disk for purchase, or even better for free??? Or is there a reset that is know to work??? I have the machine up and running in my office for now so if i have to live with it the way it is that is fine. But I would like to sell it with the fiery and cant without have at least having the password back to the default. any help is appreciated Thanks

thanks idk how i missed those post... sorry didnt read these all the way through... i have done that reset but thats not helping me i need to reset the password on the imagepass C1 not the copier...Comment

THE default is Fiery.1
If it has been changed there are 2 methods in this post below
