    imageprograf w7200 mac printing.problem

    Ok, prints fine from pc. Print from clients MAC and it throws in random thick grey lines and ghost prints previous lines sometimes. Any ideas? We have tried network and jab.ThanksKelly

      remove and re-install MAC driver

                  Would the flex.cable only fail when printing from a MAC? Doesn't seem logical.Kelly

                      Canon has no Logic when it needs to explain unseen issues !

                      what is MAC ver./ is this with a particular MAC App/ or with all MAC App's used for printing ??

                          what version of MAC are they running?

                          The last driver released for MAC OSX was 2 years ago which takes you 10.4 If they are higher than that it probably isn't supported and could be the cause of your lines from the MAC workstations.
