    ir2530(2500 series) fuser issues

    hi Boys & girls,

with the uk canon partner net down I thought I ask here, One of my technician's went to a low volume 2530 with e001 no problem reset error but as precaution ordered replacement fuser - he's gone back to fit had all sorts of problems told me new fuser gave him e004 spoke to helpdesk who said to doa that one and order another , I've gone to fit fuser number 2 and guess what ,first of all I find that it does'nt 'sit' right as opposed to the old one that locate first time everytime on visual inspection the latter fuser is heavily changed from the existing one but I have'nt seen any ati's or nor did the helpdesk know of any known issues.....

any one had the same ? your help is appreciated

    regards

    Alex
