[Jamming] Canon IR 2270 Jam from Cassette 1

Need to bounce a question off the group mind.

I have a 2270 that refuses to bring the paper up to PS10. I have recently replaced all the tray pickup rollers, the vertical path roller, and the one-way clutch on the vertical path roller.

I have also been through the entire COPIER>FUNCTION>PRT-CHK and all motors, clutches, and solenoids pass internal tests.

Perhaps someone with more experience with this unit than me would be willing to give me a gentle nudge in the right direction

replace the flag =FB6-3399-000 and the wrap spring=FS7-2803-000

replace torque limiter with old type part # RB1-6588-000

As a diagnostic, I will from time to time swap cass1 paper feed unit with cass2 unit. You have to swap the rear metal bracket and the guides, but it certainly will point to the problem if your trouble now switches to cass2...
