Hi Guys this isn't a copier but a scanner. I have customer using a canon scanner, when she scans through the feeder it comes up with a black line all the way across the bottom of page about a quarter inch thick, works fine on glass. I replaced feed rollers, checked sensors not much to this machine don't know what else to try has anybody seen this problem?

did you take a look at the slit glass where the contact image sensor sits when scanning through the Document Feeder? Debris, white out, torn paper maybe trapped in that area?Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.Comment
