I have a customer that has a Canon ir600 and the copies are show e211. The heater lamp looks good. Any ideas?

    E-211

    fluorescent lamp heater inside theristor
    light intensity control pcb
    DC controller
or wiring is what the book says
the first thing I would look at is that the heater for the lamp did not turn enough to block the sensor under the lamp... if does happen fiarly often...the light int.sensor is under the lamp and the heater outside the lamp turns and blocks sensor...

If you can catch the lamp flickering, replace the lamp and inverter (I beleive that there is a new style inverter).
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        e211

here are some part numbers that you may need.
        Lamp heater fh7-4559-000
        Lamp fh7-3347-020
        Lamp Harness fh2-6452-020
        Inverter PCP NEW STYLE fg6-2291-020
        Exp. pcb fg6-1942-000
When you replace the lamp , replace the heater also!!! They usually break when you try to remove them from the lamp.
Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!

I agree with ikrsardis or you can oper the position of the lamp, Top position oper to bottom position but u must replace the heater before it.

          or by java language...
posisine lampu waliken wae, ndez...! ning heater dicopot dulu.
