i have irc3180i showing error code E00070-003. as per manual i cleaned itb home position sensor but problem not rectified. plz. help me ........................

you might need a new belt assembly if the machine can not see the belt rotating correctly.

When you turn it on did you check and see if you are getting any rotation on the belt?

Check the timing roller grounding!!

there is good rotation of belt i have seen, therefore belt assembly is not needed. any other idea.................................

if the belt is worn and the sensor can not see the belt rotating then you will need to replace either the belt assembly or the HP sensor

Charm has mentioned twice for the need of a new belt, I too believe that is the answer. It is not so much about the movement of the belt as much as dirty sensors or worn white patches on the inside of the belt not being detected.

Cleaning the sensor and replacing the ITB belt has always resolved this issue for me...

thank you everybody the problem solved with timing roller grounding clip. i have cleaned both 2 grounding clip and solved the issue. thanks everebody.......

Are you referring to the grounding strap that rides on the paper feed steel registration roller that uses the black conductive grease??
