Hello,
I have a Canon C5185 with the W1 finisher and when I print on anything other than 20lb paper I have some pretty significant paper curl. I've tried to change the paper type, but it does not seem to help. The curl happens no matter what tray I use (1-4 or the bypass), and it also doesn't matter which output tray I select. I've messed around with the paper types in the settings to see if something will help, but nothing seems to work.
Whenever I do use a different paper setting such as Heavy 1 or Heavy 2, the colors get messed up on the print, and the curl is still there.
Is there a setting that I am overlooking which can be adjusted to help reduce paper curl? This happens on basically anything but 20lb paper.
I've included a picture of a full color single sided flyer I printed on 32lb xerox paper. I've also tried the paper "upside down" and "right side up" with no difference on curl.

Thanks in advance,
Morgan
