    C400D drives binding and jams rt side

    Pulled fuser and main board manually turned drives and none are bound but all feel a little tight. Is there any where specific I shpuld be looking? Customer is crazy to keep this thing.

    What is a C400D ??

        I would inform the customer that it is time to consider replacing the machine. It is on the discontinued parts listing and as far as Canon is concerned, it is obsolete. Their money would be better spent on some digital technology, like the iR3300 family which was a very good series, or something newer. Certainly nothing older!
