    ir 2270 image problem

    Hi guys,

    i have problem on Canon iR 2270 model..I no idea how to explain the problem so i attach the sample off image.I already replace drum unit,fixing assembly(film include) and lower roller..All item is original and purchase on Canon Marketing..After everything done,same issue.The problem only after customer do more than 50 copies or print.

    please give me guide...

      check ur cd unit try to replace

          check the belt tension in main drive unit.

              what size paper ????

              Look for toner dropping from between DV unit and Sub Hopper.

              Measure to Prevent Smeared Images on Copies
              Change the value set for the service mode.
              1. Press *> 2 and 8 at the same time, and press >* >*2 to enter Level 2 in service mode. Select COPIER>
              OPTION> BODY> FIX-SMR and change the value to "+2".
              2. Enter Level 2 in service mode, select COPIER> ADJUST> DEVELOP> DE-OFST, and change the
              value to "-10" or "-20".

              Turning ON and OFF the sequence of reducing the copy speed to maintain the fixing performance for copy images
              Level 2 (* 2 8 * then * 2) > Copier > Option > Body and set CPMKP-SW to 1.

              Change the pressure roller to the new type one.

              The color of the old type pressure roller is brown, and the new type pressure roller is black

                  Look like you having a jitter in the copy. I encounter in previous model that the tension belt is having a dried toner in it, or it is defective. Try to make a copy in A3 and check if the jitter image is repeating, if this happen try to check the belts or the gears...
