how did u go from a 747 Code to a 602 Code ??
what did u do in between these codes ?? did u remove boards to clean & re-seat ???
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
I removed clean boards cleared th mn-con. powered on got code
did u read the pdf I posted about measuring > and re-seating.
why and who told u to clear MN-CON ??????
MN-CONCautionBefore executing this item, explain to the user that all images in the BOX will be lost, and receive permission to execute. Operation
1) Select COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > P-PRINT to print out the
method service mode setting values.
2) Select this item, then press the OK key.

another tech told me to clear it. im working on putting the settings in now...wish i never listen to him. you are a wealth of info. thanks for all your help so far.
on iR's u need to keep copies of your P-Print settings & User Data settings under that small cover/ inside the front door/ in there u may find the original spec settings> leave them in there-
if it pops a 602 code again/ try this> power off>hold down 1 & 9 key while powering back up> release when u see the white defrag boxes droping on LCD-/ when complete it should go in download if ok- then power of/on printer - may get lucky/
re-check your COPIER>OPTION<INT-FACE>IMG-CONT if u have a fiery attached(imagePass C1/2) it should be set to "3"
for Fiery>
Always follow the shutdown procedure in printer tab/then follow shutdown procedure on control panel for printer-
I tell customers this a hundred times over & over> it prevents lock-up/errant codes/ & headaches
