did u check the outlet from problem printer to the working printer ??

did u swap out the fuse pcb. ???

& check / swap or replace your Power Distribution PCB.(FG6-9676-000)

iR2680 is a different series>>u can't swap with the 3200
power off>if installed>Remove memory expansion DDR-SDRAM from slot J1002 on main controller pcb. / power on- see what happens

also check/or replace on this model the Low Voltage Power Supply & DC Driver

oops missed comment, both PCB power supply and fuse andreplace with the same result.
with respect to irc2620 reeplace no more than the boot rom.
shall withdraw the DDR SDRAM. and commentators concerned.

if it refers to the PCB shown in the picture, and was also replaced with the power supply.
have the opportunity to review again the teams tomorrow.

You will need to check& monitor the Line voltage on your outlets/
is the machine a 120v or 220v ???

Fluctuations, spikes, surges and drops in voltage sometimes require a long term reading such as can be achieved with a line monitor.


less than .5 volt AC should be measured between ground and neutral.
If absolute zero is measured then it may be an indication that the ground is not connected or that some other problem may exist within the outlet.

Both teams arrived in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
irc2620 no cover screws on main pcb.
irc 3200 when restarted and also began reviewing the counter did not match the physical aspect of the team.
apparently will be reviewed by wiring a little messy.
clarified that probably the person who brought these teams to Mexico.
so buy them, or manipulate.

It is illegal to tamper with this circuit in an attempt to falsify the counter readings of any Canon Copier.

DO NOT CHANGE TWO OR MORE BOARDS AT ANY ONE TIME. THIS CAN RESULT IN THE
EQUIPMENT ENTERING AN ERROR CODE LOOP. ONCE THIS OCCURS, YOU MUST CONTACT THE
CANON TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE.
The Counter Memory PCB, ECO ID PCB and SRAM PCB retain information pertinent to the specific engine they are installed in. Ensure that you never swap any of these circuit boards with another engine.
If any of these circuit boards are swapped, it can result negatively in equipment performance.

E246 Error in writing operations (to the counter memory)
1. Reinstall original Counter
Memory PCB that belongs to
that equipment.
2. Replace Counter Memory
PCB with new one.

if you comment on rescheduling was due to two experiences withaccountants.
where we use the term for which reprogramming the meters were sent to Canon Mexicana.
and new counters are actually reinstated.
in another order of ideas thanks for the very informative technical bulletin. (thanks teckat)
my question is what changes or technicians performed the service before they gave me???
to my left with the sarisfaccion operating the irc2620.
pcb quote irc3200 and SRAM (what else would do)
irc2620 network and install and evaluate their performance.

it is a little difficult to understand your problems.

without knowing what was done by other techs to make these printers work-

when u start swapping more than two pcb's at the same time u create issues with these printers

u can only swap one PCB AT A TIME for testing / u also need to mark the PCB. that u swap, so u remember what printer it came from

are your printers working ??
what counters are u talking about ??
these printers have internal digital counters controlled by Pcb's !!!!!!!!!
