    [Misc] Canon ir105 Stapling offline.

    Hi all

Im having problems when double stapling on the canon ir105 with the K3N saddle finisher. It will staple 1-4pages ok but any larger and the last few pages seem to staple offline. Any help would be great thanks.

when the pages are stacking in the tray are they aligned correctly?

I would check your paper feed belts and mylars on the stapler guides.
A little more information will help us narrow down what your machine is doing.

      Hi

Sorry about the lack of info, im new to the 105. When stacking the last pages seem to be bending and going offline.

you may want to get your hands on the manuals for the machine and finisher. You could have issues with your operation assembly stacking the pages or the grey belts not pulling the paper back in correctly for stacking and stapling. If you watch it run with a flash light you shoul be able to tell what is causing the paper not to stack correctly.

There are also mylar guides at the bottom of the stacking area that can get nicks in them, causing paper to stack irregularly...
