    [Error Code] IR-A6055i E000804-00001

    Hi,

I fitted new main & sub thermistors and a new thermoswitch to this machine because it kept throwing up E00001 now and again. Now its started throwing up E000804-00001 code which is shutter motor failure. When fitting the thermistors etc you dont touch the shutter assy so its a bit of a puzzle. I have gone back over what I done, all the wiring and harness looks fine, I have swapped the shutter HP sensor with the web sensor but no different, the shutter motor does work and sometimes the machine will come to ready but mostly it errors out.

Has anybody else had this before or does anybody have any thoughts??

    Thanks

oh yeah. We have two assemblies on the shelf that throw this error no matter what we have tried with them. Both have been rebuilt forwards and backwards to no avail.

      only had it once.
the shutter rod just got stuck by itself.
while freeing it up, i thought the gears on the rod (shaft) felt rougher than 5570.

Just to let you know it was the shutter rubbing on the inside of the Teflon roller causing it not to move as it should hence the error code, changed the shutter and UFR and bobs your uncle. Thanks for your help.
