iR5570 E014-000 Fixing Motor Error

iR5570 E014-000 Fixing Motor Error. The shutter rotates freely on both directions, the gears in the back are good. Any ideas beside replacing the Fixing Motor please?

Check the Lower Fuser roller bearings .
Replace if needed>The part number for the Lower Fuser roller bearings are XG9-0636-000.
Check and Adjust the magnet on the front door to depress the front door switch fully.
(for your 24 volts to M3) to prevent interruption.
Check the front door interlock switch (SW2)

if you cannot find any cracked fuser gears, you need a motor no matter what we tell you.
they do not die often but they do die. i changed my second one ever yesterday.
remove plastic cover,
cheat the door switch
and watch it hesitate or struggle.

The PULL lock signal of the fixing motor does not arrive for 2 sec even when the fixing motor has been turned on

.

In the first сheck up bearings(Lower Fuser)
In the second сheck the connector for any fault in connection.

Yes check the motor how ever I think you will find the pressure roller and bearings shot. Almost all of my E014 are from this. I carry three sets of bearings and Press rollers and 1 motor

Hi, i solved this problem by checking the front door interlock switch (SW2), the problem is fixed .
