I have a problem in a heater in this part

    PICT1341.jpg

Where the temperature rises to a high degree

Is it possible to minimize the temperature to a level not affect the operation of the device

What is the way to change the temperature?

if u had a temperature issue / u would receive an ERROR CODE
or a "Suspended" message on control panel

Magneto.jpg call for a trained CANON Tech

            Temperature Control

The machine uses the following methods to control the fixing temperature:
            Description> State

            NormalDescription> State

            Setting in service mode
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

there is no error code or any thing in screen

                look my problem is :

When printing large quantities of paper
When the paper out adjacent to each other and the paper will be very hot

This is the problem I thought that there is a way to reduce the temperature

If you are not a decent tech, this machine will eat your lunch. You may be having a problem with
the cooling fan that is in the front. Clean all the filters and make sure the fan in front is working.
Otherwise the heat will build up inside the machine and harden the toner in the cleaning unit.
Then the gears on the front of the drum unit will strip. Then it will drop used toner on the transport and leave gray
spots on both sides of the copy.

                    Good luck

                    DR
