Got the email size cap set to '0' (unlimited) but still complaints of PDF scans ending up in 3 parts instead of 1. Any other settings to check?

do have the button selected for divide into pages under send settings?

I'll check it out. They're trying to send 20MB files and the Comcast file cap is set at 10MB i think. 'It worked before'...

did the customer change the service that they are paying for with Comcast?

Hey Tonerboy, The problem looks like a size limit on the exchange side. have them use a different exchange server and try sending. I have a comcast and verizon email accounts setup for testing purposes. This may help.
