irAdvance 6075 dropping letters and print jobs disappearing from queue

We have a irAdvance 6075 that a customer is attempting to print to through VM Ware 2008 64 bit server; UFR driver is installed. Two issues we're working on are 1)Letters a sporadically dropping from the text; and 2) Print jobs appear in the queue, the machine counts it as a job processed, but the job never prints. Any thoughts??

I had a 5000 that would drop letters. I flashed firmware and then it started dropping a different letter. Was a bad HDD. Let us know if HDD took care of it.

Possibly Microsoft Office 2010 applications, with Calibri default font?

We came up with a workaround. IT defaulted all Office apps to Arial font (or any other font), and it worked just fine. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
