    imageclass mf 5550 scan issue

Having an issue trying to get copier to scan from adf will only scan from platten when command is sent. We have reloaded drivers and still will not pull docs from adf. Adf works when coping and faxing. Any ideas? Thanks.

There are two methods of scanning documents to your computer:
Using a TWAIN- or WIA- (Windows XP) compliant Windows application
Using [SCAN] on the operation panel of the machine
    IMPORTANT
When using [SCAN], the ADF is not available for scanning.
When using the WIA driver, the ADF is not available for scanning.
For better scanning quality, we recommend that you place documents on the platen
glass. If you use the ADF, the scanned image might not be clear.

    USE A TWAIN DRIVER
