[Jamming] IR-3235 ADF reading jams ERR E0413

I have an IR-3235i that has been jamming in the ADF and in some cases reads jam after all pages have passed through - becuase it is not detecting that it picked up the last sheet from the stack. If you only copy a single sheet a time, the ADF works as you would expect it to. From the best of what I can tell the problem is either with the home sensor or the shift motor. I am receiving ERR e0413. When I look in the jam log is am getting a code of 3 (most of the time); along with 4,73,95,92 and 45. I cannot find any committed info to this error message. I have also put a post in the Service Manual Forum to see if I am able to see a service manual for this device.

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    MegTech

Through the ADF an error E413-0001 will display intermittently.
This error would not appear during copying.

New Action to be taken at occurrence of pickup jam (jam code 0003) just for prevention

Thanks for the PDF. This makes the most sense for what I am seeing. I am looking into those replacment parts and their cost.

I was wondering if anyone had anything else to say about this error since it is or could be a big pain. I had a 3235 pull this even though it has the updated feeder parts in it brand new I might add. Could the error be cause by operator error? I did just add the very latest white separation pad. Now I get to see if the 413-001 comes back. Better not, I got all updated parts in, don't need a controller problem. Anything to add?

There is a TB on this problem and it is a simple realignment of the Doc Detect Sensor PLATE - bend OOPS, I mean realign the Plate 1 - 2mm either way and test.
