    IR5065 intermittent jam

    Having an intermittent jam on an IR5065, jam code 0103 at PS26. Everything checks out, sensor roller etc. Happens randomly on large print jobs after 20-50 pages. Any ideas on what it could be?

      Have you replaced pickup roller , feed roller and separation roller ?

          iR 5050 / 5055 / 5065 / 5075
          Motor Driver PCB
          FM2-9895-000

          0103 is the delay to vertical path 1 paper sensor PS24

          PS26 is vertical path 3 sensor-
          Vertical path lower motor drive signal/M27-stepping motor-could be crappy

              Go into service mode and check the jam history.
              What codes do you get ?
