    Make sure Limited Functions Mode if set OFF>Common Settings

    check in Service Mode/ if it indicates the Finisher is still connected
    Under Common Settings>Tray Designation>
    see if sorter is Shown>

    if shown>

    initialize common settings, select Additional Functions > Common Settings > Initialize Common Settings and select 'Yes'. To Initialize Copy Settings select Addition Functions > Copy Settings > Initialize Copy Settings and 'Yes'.

    Note:
    After performing these functions the imageRUNNER should be power cycled off and then on.

    Then u can re-input any changes back in to Common settings/Copy settings u had before

        sorter type 0: none;
        1: finisher;
        2: saddle finisher;
        3: shift tray
        punch type 0: none; 1: 2-hole; 2: 2/3-hole; 3: 4-hole (fr); 4: 4-hole (sw)

            "3" is Shift Tray

            printer thinks the Shift Tray-D1 tray is connected
