    Canon IR3235i Original detection problems

I have a Customer with a Canon IR3235i when they lay a letter size original on the glass is detects Ledger size,
I have tried everything I could think of to change it. Especially a problem when they scan from the glass, always
detects the original as 11 x 17 size.

Thanks for any help on this one !

Copier > Option > Body > SENS-CNF > from 0 to 1 Also, confirm in service mode level 1 COPIER>OPTION>BODY>MODEL-SZ is set to 1. The original sensors were checked in service mode level 2 DISPLAY>SENSOR>DOC-SZ and the sensors are detecting the wrong size paper. - this has worked for me in the past on this model

at that point I would try a new sensor or possibly reader controller.
