    [Dead] Lost at Sea

    hello guys thanks for the help, i had a so called color tech in yesterday working on my 5180 he lost all of my base settings to my rip my scanner nothing works except that it powers on. can anyone help bring back up, i will be glad to compensate for your phone time thanks bill

      where are you located?

      Sounds like you are going to have to start from scratch on this machine if all of your network and scan settings are gone. God knows what damage was done in service mode.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
