[Jamming] irc 5058

Getting delay jams to ps12, ltr size only. The paper doesn't enter the fuser, jams very often. Ltrr and legal will feed though. I checked out the fuser and cleand both upper and lower guides. No fuser drive gear issues.

Anybody else had a similiar misfortune with this beast?

cant remember if the 5058 has the mylar FL2-0505-000. If so check the ends to make sure there are no burs or damage to it.
also you can try adding an extra wrap to the arm on PS12.

What jam code are you getting? does 11x17 jam as well?
