    canon 7095

Was rippiing/printing a 1200 page pdf on the 7095 and the output stopped - machine sipmly started flashing red light and went into a wait mode like it was processing more data - shut down the 7095 and the S2 and when I restarted everything the 7095 still copies off of the glass but the S2 doesn't communicate with it - sending a config page acts correctly on the screen of the S2 but never reaches the 7095 -

have you tried anything on the S2 yet?

I would start with a clear server to wipe everything out...back up any jobs that the customer might want to hold on to first.
If that doesn't work you might want to consider reloading firmware. Double check all of your cables between the units as well.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

        To Clear the Server:

        1) Select Run Setup from the imagePASS S1 menu.

        2) Then select Yes when prompted to Continue To Setup?

        3) The imagePASS will then restart.

        4) When prompted for the password enter Fiery.1

        5) Select Clear Server from the menu.

        6)
Select Yes when prompted to Clear All Jobs From All Queues?
