What is the exact error you are seeing when scanning A3?

Unfortunately no error coming from the machine, the problem we encountered is if you place A3 size paper on scanner glass, then once we scan it, the result on computer scan is A4. that is the problem. when you place A4 size on scan. it is working because only A4 size image was work

A4 and A5 originals can be placed either vertically or horizontally.

A3 originals must be placed horizontally

If the original is placed on the platen glass:
Use [^] or [v] to select the size of the placed original --press [OK]

CHECK------COPIER > OPTION > BODY-
your setting may be in service level 1 or level 2
SENS-CNF in Service Mode to be sure it is set to 1

then RE-BOOT
